ENTRY PROCESS
Registration is available directly on the website https://mrww.utmb.world/ from 23/07/2024 at 10:00 am CEST without pre-registration and lottery. Registration will be via secure payment by credit card.
Opening period :
Priority registration is open to the runners with a valid UTMB index only from 23/07/2024 at 10 am CEST until 25/07/2024 at 10 am CEST (48 hours). At the end of this period, registration will be open to runners with or without valid UTMB index until 01/06/2025 at 9 am CEST or until the races are sold out. There will be no waiting list.
Minimum age :
Anyone 18 years old at the date of the race.

ENTRY FEES
- SDV120 : From 185€ to 215€
- MRT90 : From 135€ to 165€
- WWT45 : From 95€ to 110€
- RMT15: From 34,99€ to 50€
An additional 8% administration fee will be charged. Those administration fees are not refundable in case of cancelation.

To another runner:
Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another runner.
To another race of the same event :
It is possible to transfer your registration to a shorter distance up to 4 weeks before the event and within the limit of available spots. It is also possible to ask to transfer your registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director. **Transfers are only available if the new distance is not sold out. **

A) Cancellation insurance Runners are offered the possibility to subscribe to a cancellation insurance with an external company offered by the organisation. Purpose of cancellation insurance is to reimburse registration fees paid for Monterosa Walserwaeg by UTMB® event in case a participant applies to cancel his or her registration.
- In case of justified cause according to the conditions of the insurance company, you will get a 100% refund of the race bib cost.
- If there is no justified cause, 70% of the bib costs will be refunded. Runners who wish to subscribe to the cancellation policy will be asked to pay an additional 10% of the total amount, to be added to the registration fee.
**Cancellation insurance must be booked exclusively at the time of registration. ** The request for cancellation via the insurance must be applied for before February 28. After this date it is not possible to use the insurance. There will be no type of refund for runners who wish to cancel their registration and have not contracted their cancellation insurance.

B) Exceptional conditions in case of event cancellation
If the event or a race is canceled, or if the event must be organised differently (for example, one or more races must be canceled), for any reason not attributable to the control of the organisation, more than 30 days before the start, runners may be partially reimbursed for entry fees. In such a case, the amount of the refund would be decided in a way that allows the organisation to meet the expenses incurred from the date of cancellation.
