ENTRY PROCESS
Registration is available directly on the website on the website from 02/09/2025 at 10:00 am CEST without pre-registration and lottery.
Registration will be via secure payment by credit card.
By registering to this event, you acknowledge and accept registrations without cancellation insurance are non-refundable (see conditions below) and non-transferable.
As organizers of Monte Rosa Walserwaeg by UTMB, we wish to promote and support the participation of local residents. For this reason, all runners from the Aosta Valley will have access to the Early Bird rate for all races in the event, from the opening of registration until February 8, 2026. To take advantage of this discount, valid proof of residence in the Aosta Valley (ID card or equivalent document) will be required, which must be uploaded during registration and subsequently validated by our team. In the event of false or non-compliant documentation, the registration will be canceled without refund.
Opening period :
Priority registration is open to the runners with a valid UTMB index only from 02/09/25 at 10 am CEST until 04/09/25 at 10 am CEST (48 hours).
At the end of this period, registration will be open to runners with or without valid UTMB Index until the races are sold out.
There will be no waiting list or reopening of registrations

Anyone 18 years old at the date of the race.

ENTRY FEES
- SDV120 : From 200€ to 240€
 - MRT90 : From 145€ to 180€
 - WWT45 : From 99€ to 130€
 - RMT15: From 45€ to 60€
 
An additional 8% administration fee will be charged. Those administration fees are not refundable in case of cancelation.
WHAT IS INCLUDED

Each registration will only be validated upon presentation and verification of a medical certificate, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 18/02/1982.
The medical certificate must comply with the requirements established by Italian law and must be submitted within the deadlines indicated HERE.
If the medical certificate is not presented, the runner will not be allowed to collect their race bib or participate in the race.
Please make sure you can meet these conditions before finalizing your registration, as no refunds will be granted if you fail to comply with these requirements.
To another runner:
Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another runner.
To another race of the same event :
It is possible to transfer your registration to a shorter distance up to 4 weeks before the event and within the limit of available spots.
It is also possible to ask to transfer your registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director.
Transfers are only available if the new distance is not sold out.
To request a change in the race distance, please contact the organization via the contact form
If you have purchased cancellation insurance and request a transfer to a different race distance, you will be eligible for a refund of the original registration fee paid.
Please note that it is not possible to defer your registration to future editions of the Monte Rosa Walser Waeg by UTMB event or other events of the UTMB World Series.
Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.
A) If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To submit your request, please access to your dashboard via your MyUTMB account, click on "edit my registration" and on “declare a cancellation claim”.

B) If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible.
To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.
C) Exceptional conditions in case of event cancellation:
If the event or a race is canceled, or if the event must be organized differently (for example, one or more races must be canceled), for any reason not attributable to the control of the organisation, more than 30 days before the start, runners may be partially reimbursed for entry fees. In such a case, the amount of the refund would be decided in a way that allows the organization to meet the expenses incurred from the date of cancellation.
