We would like to remind you that individual insurance which covers any eventual costs for search and rescue in Italy is mandatory. We remind you that this insurance is not included in the registration fee.

Please note that this insurance does not replace the cancellation insurance or the other way around
Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their dashboard.
If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the "Cancel my registration" button.
If you HAVE taken out the cancellation insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be entitled to a full refund. To do so, you need to access your registration dashboard and click on Apply for a refund to cancel your registration and fill out the refund request form which will be addressed to the insurance. ATTENTION: before cancelling your registration, please make sure you have read the general terms and conditions here.

You can now book your race kit pick-up slot via your Dashboard.
Important! Spots for each time slot are limited, so choose the schedule that suits you. Please, make sure to be on time! It's essential that you respect your schedule, to make it easier for you to pick up your bib and enjoy the event.
To reduce our environmental impact, we will not distribute safety pins will at race kit pick-up. Please remember to bring your race number belt or reuse your own pins.
To ensure runners' safety, no bib may be collected by anyone other than the runner.

DURING THE RACE

Shuttle reservations will be open from June 3, 2025, to July 7, 2025, subject to availability.
The list of the mandatory equipment is available on our website. Please check the "mandatory equipment" section to find all the information about your race.
At bib collection, you will receive a 30L UTMB World Series bag, which you can use to store dry clothes, equipment, food, and other personal items. Please note: Only one bag per runner is allowed. The organization will not accept any personal bags that are not the official UTMB World Series bag.
SDV 120:
You will leave your drop bag at the start of the race. On-site signage will indicate the designated drop-off area. You will find your bag at the Breuil-Cervinia aid station, and again at the Sport Haus in Gressoney-Saint-Jean (1.5 km from the finish line).
MRT 90:
You will leave your bag at the start of the race. It will be available at the Brusson aid station, and again at the Sport Haus in Gressoney-Saint-Jean (1.5 km from the finish line).
WWT 45:
You will leave your bag at the start in Gressoney-Saint-Jean and collect it at the Sport Haus in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, located 1.5 km from the finish line.
RMT 15:
You will leave your bag at the start in Gressoney-Saint-Jean and collect it at the Sport Haus in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, located 1.5 km from the finish line.

SDV120, MRT90: On the race page, you will find the full list of aid stations where personal assistance is allowed. One supporter per runner is permitted to access the designated aid stations, in accordance with the rules set out in our regulations.
WWT45, RMT15: For these two races, no aid stations with external assistance are planned.
To ensure a smooth start for the MRT90 and WWT45 races, starts will take place in waves. Your starting wave will be assigned based on your UTMB Index at the end of June. You will receive the details of your assigned wave during race week.
No changes to a higher wave will be allowed. However, you may choose to start in a lower wave if you prefer.
After the race
SDV 130: 4 Running stones
MRT 90: 3 Running stones
WWT 45: 2 Running stones
RMT 15: 1 Running stones
You'll find automatically your Running Stones on you UTMB account.
Runners who complete the race will be assigned an UTMB Index in the correspondent category. You can find all the information regarding the UTMB Index HERE
Our parnter Sportograf will be taking pictures during the event. After the event you'll receive by email the link to find and buy your photos.
